Stand-in Sergeant Fred opened the meeting with a toast to Australia.

Secretary Report - Maureen
Nothing to report. However, Maureen has sent messages to people who have previously expressed interest in Swan Rotary to invite them to an upcoming meeting.
Treasurer Report - Betty
Nothing to report, but with the Liebherr, we has a small mix up with the volunteers, but we managed to find cover at the last minute.
Markets - Bill
The markets are a little further away, next one being 25/5. But we will be working with Lizzy this weekend to do a marshalling job for Mothers Day.
Budgets - Fred
Fred has detailed the historical data for this rotary year, what income and expenses we have budgeted for, and what the actual income and expense for the year so far.
SJOG - David U
David and Fred met with the SJOG Team following the Major Project - Autism in the ER. They discussed how they will Feature swan rotary in their newsletter, which will go out to their 1,700 mailing list. They will work on telling the Swan Rotary story.
During the meeting, they shared information on Australia Rotary Health Scholarship, and that we may partner with them again using the Rotary Foundation, club funds, and a SJOG contribution to match funds.
